The copy of the book I was shipped by looks to be printed by a Createspace type service, not the "real" Canadian publisher. This is further reinforced as the photos all have the typical "JPG blur' and lack|About the Author||David Guay is professor emeritus in experimental and clinical pharmacology at the University of  Minnesota. He is also a leading historian of Canadian railway history.
