This is the exact area of interest for me.This book does not cover combat, battles, strategy or weapons. if you are interested in these, many, many great books are available on the subject. This book is an excellent companion to Jim's|About the Author|LTC (Retired) Jimmy L. Pool has had a lifelong interest in military history and started collecting German militaria in the 1970s. He is the co-author of a previous two-volume set on rations of the German soldier.
